Now appearing on Facebook…

Okay, so I’ve actually got an “author” page up on Facebook now! If you’re part of Facebook (and who isn’t, nowadays?), you can become an official “fan”! Woot!

Seriously, please do…it’d be depressing if my only official fan was my sister. Not that I don’t love my sister, but, you know…

On writingish stuff

I had a pretty good writing day today on It Still Sucks to Be Me – 1,181 words. Though yesterday was a big fat zero day, so I guess it evens out. BUT the day before that I had the most awesome breakthrough idea about Raven and the Black Talons. I am VERY excited about it. And no, I can’t tell you anything about it. Because a) I’m not completely sure how it will play out yet and b) it might give something away about Sucks to Be Me. And we wouldn’t want to do that, would we?

I *might* have gotten more writing done today if my sister hadn’t talked me into joining Facebook whereupon I also discovered the Flair (love Office Space, by the way…it’s just like what working in the corporate world is like…not to scare anyone who wants to go that route). I even created some Sucks to Be Me flair. :-) Feel free to be my friend on Facebook, though I gotta say I’m still figuring it out. I’m also on MySpace and GoodReads and LibraryThing and Shelfari…okay, seriously, NO MORE social networking sites! I can’t keep up as it is!!

I also wasted-but-not-really-wasted some time reading blogs/sites of writers that I just love…like John Green and E. Lockhart and Maureen Johnson and Sarah Dessen.

In other news…only one more day to enter the Grand Prize Contest! And then my magic spreadsheet gets to pick a winner! Woot! I’m just glad I don’t have to pick. Too many awesome readers to choose from.
